The property is proud of its yoga faclities and Julia offers excellent one on oneor small group tuition. It's worth keeping an ear out for their yoga retreat weeks that they regualrly host.

Sri Lanka is also considered one of the best locations in the world for surfing, and Steve, rthe resident surf instructor can take guests out for surf workshops which can be aimed at absolute beginners who want to ride mellow waves to guests who want to ride some of the more fierce breaks the coast has to offer.
