Camel Trekking

What better way to experience the magnificence of the desert landscape of western Rajasthan than on camel back. We can arrange overnight camping treks through the desert, ranging from 2 to 5 nights. Once on camel back head into the wilderness of the Thar Desert - camels are all comfortably saddled to minimise saddle soreness. During a  camel safari one also gets to see proud local tribes -  the Bishnoi and Bhil tribes people, shepherds, potters, weavers in their natural surroundings. There are various varieties of desert wildlife such a blue bulls, gazelles, foxes, peacocks and partridges that you can see during your journey. Camp is set in advance and is nestled amongst the sand dunes. Evenings are spent by an open fire with sundowners and delicious Rajasthani food. The hardest decision to make will be whether to sleep under canvas or out in the open under a canopy of stars.
